Need To Know
GROUP SESSIONS
- Strength + Conditioning {with sports specific focus} – Tue/Thur: 5:30-6:30 a.m.
- Brick Workouts – Saturdays: 7-9 a.m.
- Triathlon Enhancer {from April 9 – May 5} – Mon/Wed: 7-8 p.m.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
- One-on-One Training for Swim, Cycling, Running, or Strength training – Available upon request
- Training Plan Consultations – Available upon request
